I cannot speak highly enough of Dawn at Skylar Arden Events and Design! She planned and designed my baby shower and everything was absolutely beautiful! From the invitations, to the favors and the decor, no detail was left unnoticed. The hand drawn illustrations incorporated into everything really made the shower unique, and perfectly captured the spirit of the travel theme I had chosen for the baby room. The dessert table was curated with flowers, antique suitcases and a vintage globe. When the shower was over I saved all of the illustrations and details to put in the baby's scrap book because it was just too beautiful not to keep!

I was planning a small daytime wedding in NYC with five months lead time with about 50 guests. I initially thought it wouldn't be a problem bc it was supposed to be small budget wedding, but I realized I needed so much more help few weeks into the wedding, particularly because the venue we used came with no decorations and I wasn't so thrilled about spending a fortune on heaps of flowers to decorate the place. I wanted to have clean, minimal, modern aesthetic to the venue and I designed most of the themes and props for the wedding, but I was in need of someone to execute the vision I had on the day of as I'd be so busy all day on the wedding day. After contacting several event coordinators, who only did full-service event design until I was referred to Dawn! She was very responsive, very professional, understood my vision, flexible with meeting times and venue site visits in a very short span of time! On the day of, she was on time, executed everything I asked and more flawlessly, helped break down everything and remembered to save all memorabilia that we wanted her to save. Everyone at the wedding was very impressed how I managed to plan a wedding in five months, and I couldn't have done it without Dawn and her assistant!
